this address was chemist . I came in this chemist on 10.09./2025 then 11/09/2025>the staff in this shop checked on their computer a lot of time but not any one in the shop had received the item on their computer system.

The seller took my money but did not send.They told me contact to courier to solve.I bought the item from him not from courier, why i had to deal with courier.

You can open an item not received claim if it's within 30 days of the last delivery date but you said that you went in to the chemist twice for a hubbed pick up.

Have you been notified that your parcel is ready for pick up yet ?

Is it overdue ?
