If it's past the last estimated delivery date, open an ' item not received' claim through eBay's Money Back Guarantee.

The seller will have 3 business days to respond to the claim and if they don't, you can ask eBay to step in

You need to stop supporting scammer sellers, and especially stop allowing them to play games with you

They have no intention of sending anything

Open and follow through with an item not received dispute before it is too late to do so

Okay, you bought on 1st May. Even allowing a few days for your messages back and forth, if you add 14 days to that, you should have had a tracking number showing by about the 17th/18th May. It is now the 24th.

You don't need to hear from the seller, get that very clear in your mind. What you need is to receive the ring or a refund.

There is one rule on ebay you need to follow. Always, no matter what and no matter who the seller is or how good or bad they may appear.

That rule is, if you pay for something and it has not arrived by the expected due date or soon after, you need to open a proper ebay claim. You don't go messaging the seller again, you don't need their permission. You open a claim.

You only get 30 days after the expected due date in which to open a claim. That is strict. It doesn't matter what the seller says or what they promise in messages, if you delay past that 30 day window, you have probably lost your money.

So here is what you need to do now.

You go into your purchase details. You note when the item was due to arrive.

My guess is if it was located in Aust, the delivery range was probably within 10 days.

It was quite okay to wait a few days after that.

But it is not okay now. Open a claim and whatever you do, do not close it as solved until you receive the ring or a refund. Insist and follow through, no matter what the seller promises.
