im trying to find some suitable play equiptment for young children and come across this listing seller is new and has no feedback thats not a problem but seems to be selling this item very cheap with free shipping, i did see they only send by sea which could take weeks do you think its a scam

2 sellers selling identical items & brand new to ebay.Its either a scam or they're just plain stupid.

Even if it was a scam as long as you pay with paypal and open any dispute before the 45 days if need be then you will be protected any way.

It is sad that we have to stop and wonder these days and the trust is gone 😞

Yes, you'll be covered if they don't send the item.

However, I'd also be concerned about what happens if they send a poor quality broken and/or dangerous item. Paypal buyer protection would require you to send it back in order to get a refund, and the return postage would be likely to be astronomical...:-(

Assuming the items are coming from OS, the seller(s) are relying on being paid by Paypal and stringing you out past the 45 days you have to open a claim. If the item is coming from the US, eg, there is NO sea mail to here any more.

My opinion is to not bother. It IS a scam. A children's playset, etc is not going to worth enough for the seller to cover shipping, much less make a profit. Narrow your search to Australian sellers or, even better, look for it at your local B&M. A lot of things don't lend themselves to online buying and this is up there.

Interesting that a search for your description returns no matches. Work it out

I tried 'new kids, etc', direct C&P - got nothing. I didn't bother with "can i get some advice please"

It's still a scam. Caveat emptor. And the buyer has been warned. There is no real point in paying for a non-existent item. Whilst Paypal might reimburse, surely it's better not to have to open a claim in the first place.

Is it just me or does the size perspective look strange looking at the car details in the background? Is it possible this set is a lot smaller than perceived?
