How Do I Contact Ebay Without Using The Ebay Automated System?

Hi,

Anyone has a direct customer service email address? My problem is unique and the automated system doesn't allow me to open a case. The purchase has gone bad for more than 45 days because the seller was taking his time to resolve this issue. When I realized that he is not genuinely keen to settle the case, it was already past the 45-day period. PLEASE HELP!

Many buyers come to the boards complaining that sellers have strung them along past the 45 day limit for a PayPal claim. Nothing unique about that.
If it has been less than 60 days you can still leave feedback to warn others.

Hi,Im having a similar problem ,everytime i send a email to resolve a problem i get a reply saying the adress is no longer valid,then they include a link,i sent the email there ,and get the same email.
