      <description>&lt;P&gt;I disagree!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you pay &amp;nbsp;via Paypal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I recently opened an item not received case &amp;amp; received my refund in my a/c within 72 hrs.of opening same after the case was decided in my favour.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you use Paypal you have protection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As pointed out you have full protection &amp;amp; can leave relevant feedback within set timeframe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sellers also get tired of Buyers who dont bother to at the very least find out&amp;nbsp; their own&amp;nbsp;rights&amp;nbsp; when purchasing on ebay &amp;amp; then proceed to blame&amp;nbsp;Sellers in general when something goes wrong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did leave negative feedback with ebay within 60 days of the attempted purchase.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your comment about opening and closing a Paypal claim is irrelevent because I did not go through Paypal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My comment was about ebay's precedures, not Paypal's.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was simply commenting on how ebay makes it impossible to leave a negative comment about a seller who does not deliver the item because of the very reason that the item was not delivered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did do right and I do not have fear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It may have been lost in the post.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not that you payed with paypal but&amp;nbsp;regarding&amp;nbsp;opening a INR dispute against a seller with paypal, insurance is&amp;nbsp;NOT needed for paypal seller protection. The buyer should pay for insured post in case the item goes missing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
