Combined Postage

Can someone help. I've just purchased a few items of one seller. We are trying to invoice them together for postage and other logical reasons, having no luck contacting eBay for help. Can someone please advise

Are they in the same currency? If one is listed in US and the other in aussie dollars I don't think they will combine. The seller should be able to go to their sold page pick one item go over to the drop down menu on the RHS and click send invoice the yshould all combine or sometimes it asks do you want to combine, click yes and it should happen. Also if some are listed as requiring immediate payment they are obviously not going to combine.

If they can be combined then the seller should be able to tick the box for each item they want on the same invoice then enter the postage amount and DON'T hit recalculate, that just resets everything to how it was before you started.

Remind the seller, (if she's just trying to change the postage price on the invoice) not to hit recalculate after she changes the postage amount (this refreshes it and restores it back to where it was) she has to either hit preview then send, or send

Maybe the board needs to do a combined suggestion to remove that stupid,no use recalculate button as it simply

doesn't work for the users intended purpose,(it works real well for this site as sellers aren't able to reduce the price

when using it,so it's all extra money in the bank for them),

Just image the amount of sellers that don't know how to "fix" that end up frustrated and might stop selling because

of it,

They don't need to remove it, just rename it so that it isn't so ambiguous.

If it is the clothing from the USA then the seller probably cannot combine. The shipping is through the GSP and there have been reports on the boards that they will not combine items.

I have 'suggested'this on a regulat basis to ebay for many years now, perhaps if every boardie did the same on the 1st of every month they may eventually do something about it, won't hold my breath though!
