    <description>&lt;P&gt;They could run into a few roadblocks. Given there are no reserves in that category and 'free' post is that; no further postage can be added.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you're feeling charitable you could always bring them up to speed on the rules of the site. Otherwise bid, win and report them for non-performance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;well it doesn't matter now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had bid on the item before the changes and just got an email from ebay saying they removed the item.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
