I recently brought a pair of shoes from a seller overseas, and they were not what I saw in the picture or description I gave them my feed back now they are bullying me into giving them positive feed back! And treating to report me to you guys? What can I do?

Included is a pic of the dirty marks n the shoes I received only yesterday in the mail...

You are talking to members here like your self not ebay staff.

Let them bully all they like as there is nothing they or ebay will do.

But you can report their messages to ebay by the report this message button at the top of the message if they are via ebay messages.

You are within your rights to open a dispute for item not as described via paypal and escalate to a claim BUT you will have to return them at your cost to get the refund of the full amount you paid to them.

Can you clean them up and resell?

Why did you change the feedback?

You should have just declined the offer to revise if you really were not that happy.

NEVER allow a seller to bully you to change feedback or anything.

Did they offer you a partil refund or some compensation for their error?

Looking at their feedback they seem to bully others as well.

I have no idea why you revised the feedback, actually looking at the number of neg, neut and revised feedback they have received and their replies to it I am at a loss to know why you would have bought anything from them in the first place.
