It is still there under Customer Support > Contact ebay tab > Choose from Buying, Selling or My account > choose the option closest to what you want then you will get the contact options of phone, chat or email

Tried that before I answered OPs query and guess what it just had an email option no live chat

Some of the help topics in the Contact Us section don't provide all options, but if you pick another one you should come across one with a Live Help link before too long.

As Digi says, try a different question to get a new set of contact options.

Sometimes live chat will not appear, if it is not available at the time.

Correct. eBay c.s. sent me an email explaining an eBay situation.

Said to contact back if I had further comments. Wrote a reply and twice

received message saying LIVE not available. Went to Help &Support,

only could talk to bot, or seems like a bot. Asked for phone call. Reply

was to send email & wait 24-48 hours for response.So where prior you

could get a c.s. to phone you, this option appears to be diminishing. Perhaps

they are running lean & don't have enough live people to respond to volume.

Not good situation, but maybe this is just temporary & will clear--let's hope.

And no, 24-48 hours is the scripted response to everything as,Ed by anyone
