Fraudulent post

I have come across a listing for sale that i was considering buying. it was a red balloon pontoon gift certificate. It says it is valued at 300 and his sick wife wont get to use it. I thought it was odd they were silly enough to display the voucher number in one of the pics. I decided to call red balloon and ask the value of the pontoon experience as they no longer sell them on the website so i couldn't find out that way.

After giving them the voucher number they informed me the voucher was used in july 2013. So the voucher is an empty, there is no money, no experience available to use on it. It is worthless. They are 100% positive about this.

I have contacted the buyer to give them the benefit of the doubt, telling them that if they were somehow not aware that the gift card is empty/worthless they should ring the company to have it verified and then remove the listing. they have kept the listing up and i have received no response to the email.

Someone is watching it and there is a good chance they will be sold. I have called eBay and informed them also, but they have not removed the listing.

Is there anything else i could/ should do?
