    <description>&lt;P&gt;the computer doesnt allow an overrun of time, you prob just didnt refresh your page quick enough (would depend on your intrnet connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no matter when the other person bid, if he bid MORE than your top bid, he wins.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;always bid your top maximum, then if you get outbid it will be by someone who was willing to pay MORE than you were prepard to pay&lt;/P&gt;</description>
