Hi is there an app to notify you when an item you like has become euqal to or lower than a price you have set

i don't believe so. The eBay app certainly doesn't. Nor does the eBay site as far as I know, though I suppose you could try setting up a search with a maximum price criterion included. Dunno if it would work, though.

If you're having trouble finding something at the price you want to pay, maybe all sellers here are asking too much or you're expecting to buy for too little.

Not an app, but saving a search will do that for you.

do the search.

on the left hand side, you will see a minimum and maximum $, so you can set the price range you want to look at, with your maximum price.

then save the search, and you will get emails when items match your settings.

it isn't exactly what you want if you only want items on your watch list, but it should be a help.
