Don't use Internet Explorer.

Use Firefox or Chrome. Installand activate the free ad blocker available (Adbock plus).

if this is a recent phenomenon, check your computer for viruses, malware and adware.

Change your passwords.

I had them too. I forget what they are called.

I used internet explorer and still do.

I found out the name of the adware and googled it and found out how to uninstall it. There was a site that gave the name of the actual program, which wasn't the same name as the adware, so I would never have found it on my own and step by step instructions on how to delete. So then I just deleted it, Bliss.

That means:

check for any recently installed programs on your PC

any you do not recognise, google

that should give you the details of what it is, what it does, and if you need it

follow any uninstall instructions if adware etc. 🙂
