Thousands of $ fraud by <Removed> some deceived buyers according to negative feedbacks got refund from Ebay/PayPal after few days,some like my self after few weeks still are waiting. WHY?

I''m assuming (hoping) that you paid with paypal.

Phone paypal and find out. (It's possible they are waiting on some action from you and you don't want to miss any time deadlines).

Log into your paypal account and click on "call us"

Thank you for your response. I did all, On PayPal claim page I have imessage " waiting for other party respond", the case is obvious, I emailed all proof of fraud. I am one of 35's deceived buyers in the same way.

what I can not believe is that so many buyers would part with so much money for a Rolex on eBay.

I had a look at some of the prices the watches were selling for and the old saying about fools and their money is as relevant today as it ever was.

So you've lodged a claim with Paypal, but have you actually escalated it yet? Once you do, Paypal will make their decision without your having to wait for the seller's response (which will obviously never come) and you should then be refunded immediately.

Thank you for your respond, I did escalated to PayPal claim about three weeks ago, still I can see on my Paypal claim page " waiting for other party's response" It is strange, I provided to PayPal statement from Australian Post Office representative who I asked to open the parcel and write down description of the content, plus picture of the parcel and zero value cheap Chinese watch I did receive instead of the Rolex.

so they can get interest on your money, and everyone who gets ripped off has to wait 12 days to get your money back .All you get is poor customer support or none at all, even when you buy an item thet ebay guarantees the rufund on , so get used to being treated poorly by ebay or cancel your account

In that case, I think I'd be inclined to give them a ring on 1800 073 263, although you might be better advised to log on to Paypal and go to "contact us" where you will also be given a one-time passcode to use with the above number so that they'll have your information immediately at hand when you call.

If your dispute was escalated to a claim nearly 3 weeks ago DO NOT "wait patiently" any longer.

Sometimes claims do get bogged down in the system and you can wait forever and nothing will happen.

RING paypal and explain how long you have been waiting.....I have always found them to be very helpful and usually the claim is settled immediately while I am on the phone.
