I havent received my iteam even after 3 months of order. Even no reply from the seller.

You should have lodged an Item not Recieved long before now. Sounds like you have been scammed. The buyer has not replied and you have no item.

Depending on some other factors, there may not be a lot, if anything, you will be able to do about it at this late stage.

The window to dispute the transaction with PayPal (if that's how you paid) would be long gone (you have 45 days from purchase to open a dispute), and feedback can not be left on eBay for the seller after 60 days.

You may have some recourse if you funded your payment with a credit card and they will allow a chargeback, or if the seller is Australian, you may be able to pursue a resolution through other channels - which channels might depend on whether they're a private seller or registered business.

Other than that, there's not much chance of getting the money or item now, so I hope there wasn't too much money involved.

Well said Digi Ghost. To mokissur. I take it that you have not purchased before. Please be aware, that if you don't recieive your item in a timely manner and the buyer doesn't respond, lodge a dispute immediately. It will save you a lot of grief and $$ . 🙂 NEVER let it go for 3 months again. 🙂
