Last night i was sending a msg to a buyer when i saw a new button "called" "submit an offer".Now on the listing it did not have anything about an offer(as is usally done)

If ebay is going to add this function,what is the point of an auction?Basically the point of ebay is/was that you might get a bargin or the seller can sell stuff they normally wouldnt be able to sell.

I think the current system is good enough,instead of backdoor deal being submiited.Then what will happen is ,is that people have bids on, will be **bleep** off.This is asking for trouble eBay!
