PLEASE be aware of a seller called (removed). i purchased a Mystery box of her's MySTeRY LoT ❤ MaGiC MaGiCK eLF GNoMe FaiRY MuSHRooM oWL WiTCH MooN NiGHT GoTH and it was nothing like discribed, i emailed her saying as much ( as i recieved underwear, fake nails and eyelashes, thongs and cotton buds and nothing relating to the post it looked like she had a house clean out) and she went crazy at me calling me names and saying i was mentally ill and that i would never get a refund, it was crazy. i don't want anyone else to be cought like this, i know her page says nothing but good revievs but they are not all good, a hand full of people have complained and left negative feed back and she does nothing but basically say they are crazy and liers, not sure what is her problem but i am now out of pocket and stuck with something i didn't purchash, so please look closer at the negative comments i have found they show who the seller REALLY is and if i had thought to look at them first and not be blinded buy the thought of the product i would NOT have purchased. first of all you are not allowed to name sellers or buyers on the boards.

second, if it was not as described, why didn't you open a dispute?

sorry first time posting and i did open one but she has stated that i will never recieve a refund ( a email i have passed on to ebay) so i don't know what the point is but to worn others, and on the note of no names how are you ment no warn people of bad sellers?

She doesn't decide if you get a refund or not - Paypal do - although I suspect that the very unspecific nature of her description may go a way in protecting her.

A lesson in this is to read feedback before deciding to buy - there have been similar complaints and she comes across as quite nasty.

well first of all you run the dispute - let paypal decide

the way to warn others is to leave appropriate feedback. "Appropriate" means a negative or neutral for bad sellers, and a short phrase about what went wrong without name calling or capital letters (yelling) etc.

ok guys this post was only there to tell people of the experance with the seller and that to make sure you do your homework on a seller i have done everything i can do with reporting and all this was just so no one else was burned, thanks for the comments and suggestions though

i don't think so they say you are buying the box and everything in it is a gift i have bought a few over the years i think first one was like 5 years ago so they have been ok for that long. but ys the items are a gift you are buying the "box"

I'm sorry you are disappointed but what did you expect, first class goods.

I agree she should have sent more altruistic items, but a mystery box can only contain unsold, unwanted, and/or leftover stock.

If nobody else wants these items why would you.

That said, does she sell underwear and cotton buds etc in her store?

She should have sent a combination of stock (to a greater value than what you paid) that matches her stock lines not general groceries.

Unfortunately it sounds like you just have to wear it.

yes i understand and no i don't know what else she sells but the items were not to the value i paid and were all dollar store stuff. but to the description there was a pack of incense and a few candles that matched the wiccan/pagan/goth description. the post said nothing about underwear in the description and yes looks like i will have to "wear it"

Mystery items and Chance items are not allowed according to the option you can select to report it .

Seriously though people need to check a sellers feedback before buying as there are plenty of warnings that these 'mystery boxes' are garbage.

Mystery items (envelopes, boxes, etc). This includes listings where the seller doesn't specifically identify the contents, number, quality, or condition of the items for sale.

i got one a few years ago and it was amazing so much good stuff in it, i guess just the luck of the draw if you find someone honest and doing proper ones i guess

I don't understand, you bought something that you really didn't know what was in it exactly, then you get the item and your not happy with it? Sounds to me like you really shouldn't buy things that aren't described properly. You need to report it, as she is giving sellers a bad rep, and as a buyer and seller myself, it is hard enough to sell on ebay with all the fees, non-paying buyers or false bidders. And you need to get paypal asap!!!

OK, seller has 11 listings, 9 of them are mystery lots.

Why does anyone list an auction for 1c start and free postage?????

Each lot seems to be different, mens stuff, women's stuff inc underwear., earrings, makeup and vegan listings.

I don't think she has a stock base.

Maybe she makes up the boxes according to how much you pay.

With no exact items listed, she can send what she wants.

Wonder what she sends if you get it for 1c, it doesn't even cover a postage stamp.
