I'm sure we're both off; I'd like to think there's a way of phrasing it which involves proper use of grammar.

I have a hunch that last "e" is "enough" and the last "a" is "arrive". Dunno. But it makes for an interesting word game.

In any case, the question likely either asks how long a case can stay open, or how long one should wait before opening one.

how long should be the time for a person to open a case? (aready provided above, so no points for me) is it before 30 days for the expiry to open a(nything) ?

If this is about eBay's MBG (woo! acronyms 🙂 ) then it's 30 days after the latest ETA (!) in the eBay listing.
