That's not really the point, foxie. The point is that the seller states they post on Fridays, unless that is a public or school holiday. As such the buyer needs to pull their head in, as the seller has not yet breached their terms.

Hello darling,

If you have contacted the seller already and they have pretty much told you "too bad i'll do it when I want" than I suggest you prepare yourself to open up a complaint.. better yet, contact eBay and ask them what to do.. I only say this because some seller-usally horrible sellers- will try to keep you hanging on until your 45 day complaint period has passed. it's your job to make sure that does not happen.

I would normally agree that 11 days is far too long not to have posted, but if this seller states she posts only on Fridays then unfortunately, the only Fridays in the past 11 days was a public holiday. If this person depends on somebody to post for her, the 1st chance to post would be today. It does not excuse her rudeness, but if she has the conditions in her listing you should take that in consideration before bidding.

Personally, I would wait another week, and then open INR dispute with PP. When leaving FB I would be marking her down severely on communication and delivery time.

11 days is far too long. I would contact her this afternoon to politely confirm that given it is a Friday when she posts that she actually did post the items today. If she says no, then start open an INR dispute this evening.

If a someone is are taking the time to list items on eBay then they need to make the time to POST those items in a timely fashion. Or at the very least communicate with the seller to tell them when it will be posted.

Hello telee ~

I have just read the entire FAQ on your sellers listing, and its VERY CLEAR to me... so I dont really see what your issue here is!

She posts only on Fridays. You won items on the Monday 25th March, the Friday following was the 29th (Good Friday P/H) which she clearly states that she doesnt post on P/H, so the next Friday following is today.

Just wait until Monday to see if she has post marked your items as posted. If not, gently email her with something along the lines of...
Hello, I am just asking if you managed to post my items on Friday 5th? (as per you FAQ in your listing)
I am eager to receive them.

Thanking you

Telee ~

If she returns with a NO I DIDNT type email, then open an INR(item not received) case from Paypal immediately.

You will get instructions on what to do at each step, so READ it carefully. 😉

Dont close the case until you receive the items, and are happy with each one. Please remember, that as per her FAQ, she may send in recycled packaging with a new garbage bag wrapped and taped as outer layer. 🙂 (this is comon practice with some sellers)

Please let us now how you get on.

Wasn't really clear to me. Said 'I Only Post On A Friday (the exception to this is any public or school holidays)' doesn't tell me if they will post on another day instead or not post at all on these days creating a 3 week wait before easter. They also have Estimated within 6-11 business days in their post times which will clearly not happen for this sale. They buyer has a right to be worried. If the seller cannot post for over 3 weeks from the end of an auction then they should not list...in my opinion!
