the only one who can give you a refund is the seller and I would say they are probably sick of being messed around already.

this might not be the seller's fault - there is a glitch that happens sometimes like that. I had an instance where I refunded the seller so that she could pay again using the correct address, and the invoice then showed double the amount and I could not change it. User help could not fix it either.

In the end she paid direct through paypal.

And I got a defect for cancelled transaction, even though I explained to ebay that it was nothing of the kind. So the seller might be doubly angry by this.

Just email your seller and explain what happened. If she owes you money, it might be better for her to send the money direct through paypal.

Might be a communication problem, by reading your post the way it is written it sounds like you brought some items, got refund, then paid for same items again. ???. Try talking to your seller and explain to them clearly what you would like, you can also ask your seller to come to these boards if they are newish, there are loads of members here that can offer advice.
