Suspect Shill bidding

does ebay do anything if you report suspected shill bidding?

It had been relisted 3 times and it looks like the same person has won it twice. This bidder also has 100% bidding activity with this seller, so I'm very suspicious.

Yes eBay will take action if it is reported and they can can find a link between the 2 accounts.

Definitely shill bidding so just report it but eBay will only take action if they can find a link between the two accounts.

It's curious because someone left feedback for the same plate on April 20, with same number of feedback (227) as the second bidder in the auction ending April 12. Looks like they were offered a second chance bid. Perhaps the shill bidder knew their chances of getting anything more was unlikely given it was the third time it was listed.
