    <description>&lt;P&gt;If they had a maker's mark that would be mentioned when a piece of theirs goes up for sale, or it is mentioned on the web in any other capacity, one thing you can do is set up a google alert - you can receive daily emails if someone posts content on the web that includes certain keywords and the like, there'd be a slight delay between receiving emails, but letting google do the (daily) work for you can ultimately save a lot of time and frustration.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Christopher Jones Smith was 99 Swan St Richmond (died 1891) and Frederick Lachlan McKinnon Sterling worked in partnership with his brother-in-law Walter Sneddon McNee (died 1933) in Echuca and Maryborough, Victoria. I know the Echuca historical society have a watch with his name on the face.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks Robyn&lt;/P&gt;</description>
