paying at checkout issues

Hi,

I am having trouble at ebay checkout.

Often when i go to checkout and pay for an item, after attaching a message to the seller and selecting postage, it takes me to the final payment page.

But on this page i often have listed an item i previously won and paid for, with the statement from ebay:

"You have already completed checkout for this order.

You can view your order details below to see payment information and postage status for your items."

It is very frustrating as you just want to pay for the item you just won and move on, but it wont let you.

Will this ever be fixed?

This is happening fairly consistently, i usually have to wait for an invoice to be emailed, then if i click on that it allows me to pay.

ebay have been playing with the site today and there is a lot of glitches.

Wait awhile and try again.

Contact the seller and advise them of what is going on and they can even come here to see all the threads about issues of the day.

I can't say I have ever experienced anything like you have....the only problems I have had recently is the occasional message that paypal can not complete the transaction and to try again later. But that has been happening for years, not just recently.
