Looks like a shady seller, even offering standard postage and (0) rating but maybe a genuine seller just the same. I guess the low bids were due to the seller's rating giving almost everyone on Ebay zero confident to bid just in case it was a scammer when it comes to mobile phones. Yep a clear case I did not get what I wanted for the phone.......

Won a smartphne auction , paid by Paypal, then next thing I knew seller cancelled auction and refunded my Paypal. seller said they had no stock as the reason. contacted the seller who said they would never sell the phone at that price. No recourse for me as i now have to wait 4 days for Paypal to refund my money. No word from Ebay at all . this totally sucks item no 271800977458 it would seem that this person works for Ebay in order to do this type of cancellation

Listed at the eBay recommended 99 cent start price and they didn't get what they wanted for it,(which happens

with a lot of 99 cent start items).

Typical newbie mistake,(a scammer would've taken the $26).

Maybe they'll get the idea to list it at the price that they are willing to sell it for,(but on a different ID as buyers

wont trust the low feedback score).
