im stuck in a paypal payment loop

I am having trouble processing a payment with paypal. Basically I go to process payment with paypal and it keeps asking for a new credit card to link to this account and after I enter them it asks for them again and again... Can anyone offer any solutions to this??

I have gone directly to the paypal site and updated my details in there but still encountering the same infinate loop when trying to process my inital purchase through ebay.

Try clearing cache and cookies and rebooting your computer that will often fix sign in loops. Also try Chrome browser if you're not already using it, it is far more user-friendly with eBay (as is Firefox).

Hey guys,

There is a workaround. I basically opened a new Internet browser tab and logged into my www.paypal.com account there. Then I went back to the eBay tab and I got through to PayPal payment. It worked.

Gee, I hope lightonsound didn't need to use their Paypal account while waiting for that advice.
