I would give it another 24 hours at least as often these things run on US time or the seller may just have extended their break by a day or two.

If you still can't pay after a wait you need to contact the seller by using the link under the arrow at the right side of the listing in your purchase history. This is a member to member help board and neither your seller or ebay will see your post.
