Hi,

I have been waiting for a small parcel from England for two weeks now and it hasn't arrived yet. Something else I bought from England a couple of months ago or so took 4 days to arrive. Should I be worried? Can there be delays due to the Olympics (a lot of mail etc.)? How long should I wait before I contact the seller?

I've had parcels from England take anything from 4 days to 4 weeks, so I wouldn't worry yet.

I personally would give it at least another week before contacting the seller, and at least 4 weeks before opening a paypal dispute.

I wouldn't be worried at 2 weeks. I'd wait 30 days max, then suss it out with teh seller

Definitely would not open dispute before 4 weeks; after couple of weeks I would ask the seller when it was posted, but assure them that I will give it few more weeks before really starting to worry. I would imagine with the Olympics the security screening for anything that goes on planes would be very thorough and delays inevitable.

Thanks everyone. I will wait another couple of weeks before contacting the seller (kindly, without opening a dispute), so until around the 10th of August...
