Why can't you use it because you have a Pacemaker?

If it is something to do with the batteries you should have known about that before buying.

If there is something wrong with the item you need to contact the seller first and see if they have a solution.

The Digital Scales I ordered on 10th March does not work. I replaced the battery twice. Please forward details on how to contact this vendor.

If working I still am unable to use it because I have a Pacemaker and 6 Stents. The advertising information did not issue any warning to this effect. Therefore it has to be returned. Please advise.............Ron Gent

On the listing page towards the bottom LHS is "ask a question" in blue, click on that and go from there to contact the seller.

I hate to break the news to you, but stents are generally plastic or impregnated cloth. Occasionally they are made of metal. None of those materials will affect the operation of digital scales. Nor will digital scales have any affect on those materials.

Digital scales don't emit any frequencies of any kind. A pacemaker is not going to affect the operation of digital scales. Nor are digital scales going to affect your pacemaker.

If the scales don't work after trying 2 different sets of batteries, it has nothing to do with your stents or pacemaker. They simply don't work. If you can't contact the seller via the method left here, open up a not as described dispute through eBay. Don't send the scales back until eBay instruct you to.

If the seller doesn't respond to the dispute, escalate it when the option appears (it will mention something about asking eBay to step in and help). The dispute should then close in your favour, you will be refunded the cost of the scales and the postage you paid.

If they have come from China, don't let the seller talk you into sending a replacement. Refund only. Then you can buy another. If it were me, I'd be going to K-Mart or Big W and buying a set there. Mine were less than $20 and work a treat.
