Hello.

I have requested a return but have changed my mind and no longer want to return it. I cannot find the option to do this on the page that gives me a status or anywhere else.

Help would be appeciated.

5 hours and no answer so I'll have a go.

If you go into the Return Details for the item - there is a statement on the right side with a hyperlink that says something like (this is off the top of my head as I don't have a case open) "No longer wish to return this item? You can cancel the return Here" and some of this should be shaded in blue to take you to the next step to cancel.

I have no option at all to cancel. No links or buttons lol.

I've never done a return, but maybe on the 5th there will be an option to cancel it.

Or if you do nothing it will time out, I'm guessing

Contact the seller and let them know you have changed your mind.

I think that the whole transaction times out after a certain number days if there is no forward movement on it.

You could always phone eBay (or get them t call you back) and tell them you want to close the case and they should be able to do it their end for you.
