    <description>&lt;P&gt;The " send a buyer an offer " &amp;nbsp;icon associated with the message system is set to automaticaaly include the postage shown in the listing. There is no allowances for the seller to discount postage with that system. As Kopes mentioned, the seller could try sending a revised invoice, minus the postage cost.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The seller will need to send an invoice with 0.00 in the postage section and NOT click recalculate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Is the seller's name sticks something ?)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
