      <title>Complaints about eBay themselves</title>

      <description>Hi, how do I make a complaint to EBay in regards to their customer service people? I mean a formal complaint, not calling up and asking for a supervisor, which is informal and can just result in needing to complain about the supervisor too because their supervisors aren’t a complaints team. Do eBay even have a complaints team? Thinking a company that huge should do. Do they have a specific email address I can contact their complaints team on? If they don’t have a complaints department then what is the best email to contact them on to put through a complaint. I want this done in writing. Thanks!</description>
