KUDOS FOR PAYPAL AND EBAY

Last week my ebay and paypal accounts were hacked and sellers sold me items I never ordered on 27 February. Fortunately I found this fraudlent action on the same day and contacted ebay and paypal. I was very stressed about it and was very pleasantly surprised at the response from both fo these companies.

Very calmly they listened to my complaint, took action and gave excellent advice resulting in my money being returned to my account yesterday.

I have changed my email accounts and passwords for both ebay and paypal and cancelled my visa card - I can't praise them enough for their help during this stressful time. I needed my money returned immediately to help pay for my husband's chemo medication - and it was there.

I may or may not buy on ebay again but I just wanted to let you know how well I was treated.

I' happy.

Sorry to hear about your husband... I hope all goes well for you both.

It's wonderful to hear the positive to both ebay and paypal. Just proves there are humans and they are treating people well.
