NO PRODUCT - NO MONEY.

PROMISED DELIVERY 2 - 3 DAYS. IT HAS NNOW BEEN 3 WEEKS.

NO AMOUNT OF EMAILS GETS A RESPONSE. TEL NO. PROVIDED IS ALWAYS ENGAGED.

WHAT CAN I DO?

I hope you paid by PayPal.

If so log into PayPal and go to the resolution centre opening a case for INR to get a refund.

You have a time limit of 30 days after the last estimated delivery date to open a dispute with eBay's "money back guarantee".

I think but maybe wrong you are purchasing direct from advertiser and not thro' E-Bay, hope you paid with PayPal, if you did you may be able to get a refund thro them.
