Hi,

I went to use the P5OFF but as I had used this recently it wouldn't let me. I agreed to an expensive buy it now on the thinking that I could use this discount. will it be renewed shortly? I have used it a few times this month.....not just once. Where can I find the conditions for this offer?

Most offers have a limited timeframe or number of uses. It appears you might have maxed out.

The current offers all seem to be store or category specific or geared to eBay Plus.

Maximum number of times you can use P5OFF is 3 rimes

You can put multiple items in the cart and pay for them all at once - that's one transaction.

Frst my purchase is nit eligible although it complies with the t&c. Then, it expired even though it is still sdvertised. Not a good customer experience ebay!

The P5OFF code was pulled 24 hours early by ebay.

If you had read the T & Cs you would have seen that it was active till 1/1/19 or while it was on ebay.au.

It is not the first time that ebay has pulled an offer before the advertised end date/time.

If you offer was still showing on ebay you should have rung ebay.....they often give you the discount manually.

Not sure about a cap on the number of uses. I personally used P5OFF about 20 separate times over the period it was valid and no issues.
