I try to buy something but my PEARTREE 20% off voucher won't work.

Can somebody know a solution?

Lots of posts on here from people who can't get PEARTREE to work

Last I read, someone had been to by eBay cs that the tech team were made aware

But that was several days ago now

I had suggested on one of the other threads for people having trouble with it to phone eBay (for which I was told off)

I really don't know what else to suggest though

Perhaps another member who has already spoken to them will see you post and have an update they can let you know about

All good now.

I was chatting with eBay customer service, they created a new voucher code.

If someone has the same problem just let customer service know and they will help you.
