What has the seller asked you to do?

I am assuming the seller got some items mixed up and sent you someone's and someone yours?

Thanks for your rapid reply. I'm assuming the same thiing, but I have no way of contacting the seller and letting him/her know about te mistake. I can't find any way on eBay to find that seller.

Any ideas?

Only thing is to look on the parcel or open it carefully and see if there are any details.

Otherwise return to sender. (If there is a return address on the parcel)

If you know the seller's ID then go through the link below in "Advanced Search" and find them that way, you can then contact them through one of their listings.

Edit. If they don't have any current listings then look in completed listings.

Does the parcel have a tracking number on it?

This might help, particularly in certain scenarios that have occurred.

If there's a tracking number, you may be able to phone AP and explain that the item appears to have been sent to you by mistake. Possibly there's an enquiry under that tracking number viz à viz an item that hasn't turned up (enquiry by the intended recipient or perhaps by the seller)...

Just out of curiousity, if your account had been hacked, why did you leave the seller negative

feedback stating you didn't buy the item as your account had been hacked ???

You've left some very peculiar feedback for sellers including a neutral for an item you also state you

didn't purchase ??

Wouldn’t be the first time a member was bamboozled by receiving a google mini after signing up for eBay plus.

No feedback, I can't find anything helpful on the packaging so I guess I'll just have to keep the items?

Have you joined ebay Plus recently? Is the item you received one of the inducements for joining up?
