What happened to recent heading on my summary offering % discount on purchases over $100 now I am ready to do so-

not there. I remember it saying lasting till Jan '19?

Sometimes the headings on My eBay page just aren't there.

But if the purchase has immediate payment then you can try the code before committing.

Go to item, select BIN and then enter the code on the checkout payment page to see if it works.

If you get 'commit to buy' after the BIN then you can't check it without buying first.

Also try googling the promo to look at the T&C's.

If a discount is available to you, under the price (on any qualifying listing) there will be something along the lines of "pay only xxxx. Show me how" Hover on that and it will show you the voucher code and percentage.

eBay also reserve the right to unconditionally withdraw any promotion at any time without notice.
