Australia Post isn't that bad. occasionally things go wrong but it does not lose things 'all the time.' It's just easy for some sellers & buyers to shift the blame onto them. As you've seen, a seller can mark something as sent when it might not have been.

If something does not arrive, don't ever agree to wait another 30-40 days to receive a replacement. Simple as that. Money back immediately or else open a dispute.

Meanwhile, do as foxette said and open a paypal dispute.

Replacement not received

I purchased 3 phone cases from the same seller in September, but when I received them there were only 2 in the parcel (end of September). I sent a message to asked the seller to send me the replacement, the seller agreed and said it would arrive in 30 to 40 days. I kept waiting till last week, still haven't received, but I found out I couldn't open a case for this transaction any more. Of course it may not be the seller's fault, cause the Australia Post lost things all the times. And the phone case was only $2.99, I couldn't be bothered to send message to ask the seller for refund.

And I really like those phone cases (the style), and this seller is the only one selling them, so I just purchased another one from this seller on 21st, and one day later, the order was marked as sent with tracking number. But yesterday I received the message from the seller saying that the color I ordered was sold out and asked me to cancel the order. How can this happened? Did the seller do this because I asked replacement last time?

And what is worst, I started using the cases received in September, one of them is broken (I am too stupid cause I didn't check them when I received).

I really feel bad, would like to leave negative feedback, but I couldn't cause the order has been canceled.

Can anybody give any suggestion what I should do?

You can open a Paypal dispute for item not received in regards to the missing one from September

as you have 180 days to open a case through Paypal.

Just because it's 'only' $2.99 is irrelevant as it was still your money. You could also open not as

described for the broken one.

I haven't looked to see if you've already left feedback for the cases you did receive.

No idea why you'd buy from same seller again as I'm sure there are a gazillion other Chinese sellers

selling same rubbish.

Anyway, that's my 2 cents worth.
