Hi Everyone

My Pictures are listed on an External Site. When I scan pictures I use 600dpi to give a clear picture of what is on offer. I just notice some of these pictures are over 3 meg. Does this slow down the browsing? Should I reduce the resolutation? I use an external site so as I can give prospective buyers good pictures to look at and see what they are buying as they are in the html listing. The advice I am looking for is Should I do this or not.

Thank You

Paddy

Here is 1 Picture from my listings

Unfortunately most LCD displays only operate at 75 pixels per inch. ( "Retina" Apple's MacBook Pro are unique with a DPI of 220 pixels per inch) unlike printers at 300 pixels per inch so at 600 DPI it is way overkill. So when someone views them they are downscaled, unless they have a enormous hugh monitor.
