GTC Options Need Some Help Please

Hi All I have a number of items listed as GTC (Good Till Cancelled) Some I have a quality off others 1 off. I have noticed recently an item will sell but it is still relisted with stock of "0" Have I set something wrong? Will I get charged a listing fee fot the relist? If I Cancel the item will I get a defect?

Go to manage myeBay - Account
Site Preferences

Sell Your Item form and listings

Click - show

is the "Use the out-of-stock-option" Yes Ticked

If so untick

if ticked then

"When the quantity of your Good ' Til Cancelled listing reaches zero, your listing remains active (meaning it renews and we charge you the selling fees every 30 days).The listing is also hidden from search until you increase the quantity"

There is No defect for cancelling BIN item listings (except after they have been purchased of coarse, cancelling a sold item is a no no).
