Undelivered item claim

A US buyer has just opened an Undelivered Item case for something I mailed on April 2. Upon checking all details, as I had to chase this buyer for payment, I see they left me glowing feedback within the last month. Question: Is there any way I can find the exact date that FB was left? All I can see is "Within the last month". Many thanks in advance for anyone who can advise me with this.

Not any more unfortunately. The only time an actual date appears is if a followup feedback is left.

It is possible that ebay could tell you if you ring them....and I think I would do that if it is going to help you prove that the buyer has received the item.

Maybe a pc thing??
I can see all dates that feedback was left for you, hopefully a pc user can help you.

Yes, you can see the date of feedback received, or feedback that you left, by using the links at the bottom of your feedback page - in your case you need to go to the reply to feedback received and the dates are displayed in this view.

Thank you very much. I see the FB was left more than 2 weeks after I mailed the item. Will contact eBay about this one.

Outcome: Because it was a US buyer, eBay switched me to ebay.com. While holding the line after explaining what had happened, checked my email and saw the buyer had just closed the case. Strange but perhaps buyer confused me with another seller!! Again, thank you contributors for helping me solve this problem.
