eBay! Your watchers on Auctions/BIN's is an outdated setup! Some of us need a "Clear Watchers" option like Quicksales employs so we can rid the page of time wasters!

Watchers rarely bid/buy & are usually no more than window shoppers or sellers of similar items!

Rarely translates into $$$$$

I'm not sure I understand how they waste anyone's time, except maybe their own.

They certainly don't demand any of the seller's time by clicking the "watch" button, anyway.

You need to contact ebay staff as we are members here like yourself.

If you do not want to know how many are watching as it annoys (and wastes your time???) you then change your settings so you can not see that option.

Not really sure why it bothers you though

Watchers can have more than one account you know. What is to stop someone watching with one a/c but buying with another? I most certainly do it.

Have been known to see a big ticket item I want, watch it, check around the family & friends and get anyone with a discount voucher they're not planning on using to watch it as well then ask the person with the best discout available to bid for me therefore, multiple watchers on same item.

I should be taken out and horse whipped!!!!!!!!!
