Fastway ... shouldn't it be called 'WTFway'?

Seriously, what were you thinking ebay, joining up with Fastway?

Every time we ring, we get staff how don't know what they are doing.

Every time we book for a pickup, we have to call the driver to remind him to drop in.

Every time the driver arrives, you can't even speak to him as he is on a personal phone call.

We rang yesterday ... and he said he was on holidays ... and hung up. **bleep**?

Rang Fastway ... didn't know about it.

Next day delivery? You are kidding me LOL

Ebay ... how about you add 'remove negative left on my account, due to the inefficiency of Fastway' as an option when a buyer isn't happy?

When I worked in goods out at a wharehouse here in WA we called them NoWay.

Actually if you replace Fastway with 'Ebay' ....you could have been dealing with Ebays CS

Yeah ... exactly.

They are on their last chance with us ... three strikes and they are out.

No point complaining either, if a driver doesn't turn up or a parcel goes missing ... all you get is 'If it doesn't turn up in a few days, or if the driver doesn't turn up, just call us the next day and we'll look into it'.

NOT GOOD ENOUGH - TOO LATE

The damage is already done ... has ebay forgotten about positive feedback being integral to running a business on here ... and obviously forgotten to tell Fastway?

It appears that Fastway is totally unaware that their tardiness can ruin a business in less than 48 hours ... ebay obviously forgot to send out that memo to them.
