Combined Postage

Hi all,

I am a returning seller from way back. My postage specifies $2.40 plus additional .20 per item. I have just sold 3 items and unable to combine the postage. I have been in and adjusted the postage on invoice and it just reverts back to the full amount eg $7.20. I have deducted $4.40 and it still resets to the full postage of $7.20 any help would be greatly appreciated.

Add the required amount and DON'T click on Recalculate.

are you hitting the 'recalculate' button? If you are, then try it without hitting the button. You can preview the invoice before sending to ensure it is right.

Thank you yes I was clicking on recalculate which I thought I had to do. Without clicking on this postage was sorted and the correct invoice sent thank you so much for your assistance.

I'm glad I've been able to help you. The recalculate feature should be removed.
