Can someone tell me what happens when a sellers creates a return label. Does the buyer get something to print out or do they just get a mailing address to send it to and then have to pay for it themselves being reimbursed once the seller has the item returned?

The seller is meant to provide a return label, I have no idea if there is a way to do so through ebay. I have never had to do one but would probably use click & send and provide them with a link to print the label out.

so what happens if its a flat rate satchel label and buyer doesn't have a satchel for it?

Also what if its a packed item and buyers repacking doesn't match original cubed size? What if seller doesn't remember initial dimensions..

The requirement for return label is a bit flippant with no specific details on how to do it.
