Feedback before item sent???

I have had 2 different buyers, in 2 days leave feedback immediately after paying, without the item even having a chance to be posted. Both positive but it just seems strange. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm a bit worried about the DSR's they may have left as they don't seem to have the hang of feedback yet.

Why not send them a polite,friendly & informative message re perhaps they should be waiting until they actually receive their item?

People who have no idea usually do not do DSR 🙂

I would also educate them bit; after they get your item and all is well.

a fella in sth africa used to leave positive FB straight after payment, so i emailed and asked why at first. it was cos by the time he'd received the item the option of leaving FB wasnt available.

he was just being polite and wanted my future business.
