Anyone else having problems with the automatic (3) free re-lists coming off the 100 free listings that started today? .

Seems to be some sort of glitch

It happens a lot, sometimes all you have to do is refresh the page after a minute or so and the checkbox reappears, other times it takes longer. It can also happen with the regular 40 listings too.

Some people have recommended clearing the cache or restarting the browser, but I find that restarting doesn't really do anything unless it's eating too much RAM or otherwise slowing down your PC.

That is a different problem entirely, and yes you are right about refreshing.

However, this is a new problem, where the re-lists come of the 100 freebies, which has never happened before. Not sure
if it's still happening this morning, but I'll find out in a couple of hours.

I'm amazed that you are still getting to relist for free 3 times over,ebay have put a stop to that on my account,it won't be long before it is fazzed out along with the 40 free listings.

Hi, yes I lost it (the 3 free re-lists) for a while too and ebay were giving out all sorts of conflicting information, but so far I'm getting them again. Fingers crossed they stay.

I lost over 50 of them already. Best to end the listings ending soon and relist them I think - at least you get anoither 3 re-lists so ads are on for a slighly longer time period.

I also had this happen. I spoke to ebay about it. I said to them "are you telling me that the auto relists come off our 40 for the month and the promotional 100 listings offered. He said "Right"
So it's no glitch - they are doing it deliberately.

I still think it's a tech problem as I've been told all sorts of conflicting things over the phone from various people over the years.

Anyway, let's hope it's a glitch, but one thing I've learned is if we get any 100 freebies in the future, not to activate it until we are ready to list them and don't have any current listings with auto relist ending straightaway.

By the way on the Id where I used all of the 100 with items that were sitting in the Unsold section on Thursday, no auto-relists have come off my monthly 40 allowance.

Yes there is no way i will activate free listings until i am ready to use them. I will be checking if any items are almost finished as well. I use all my 40 free on the first day each month so i'm pretty safe with them not getting used by the auto relists.

It's so frustrating. You think you have 100 free listings, but when you go to use them, you only have 65 or so. I hope it is only a glitch but i dont think it is.

I had no problems last night, but tonight it's stealing them from my promotional free listings. I've just cancelled all the FREE auto relists for tonight. Interesting how the item end email says it will automatically relist for FREE.

I listed some items today and ticked the 3 free re-listings on all the listings,but when I decided to revise some of the listings the 3 free re- listings box disappeared?? so I kept on trying to edit the listings but that box never re-appeared so I just gave up.

I find when that happens, go back and revise the next day and they usually reappear.
