Does anyone know if you can change the ebay store header with the new ebay store look?

I helped another member update their store a few weeks ago and from memory this is where I went to do it.

From memory I clicked on the words manage my store then I scrolled down the page to where it says store tune-up in the middle of the page and clicked on these words on the link below.
