Hiring a trading assistant

I'm not sure if ths is the right place to post this, but i am considering hiring a TA but i do not know how the usual setup works. Can anyone give me more info?

I sent messages to quite a few TAs last week, but most have not replied (maybe due to the long weekend?). Only responses i got turned me down because it wasn't their speciality, or they refused to divulge the reason.

Yea i've read that obviously, but i want to know what the "standard" among TAs is.

Each TA works their own way and can set their own standards for how they operate.

You are in Singapore so are you looking to drop ship?

Not a good idea as the one selling your items is the one that risks everything.
