ebay reports for last year

How do I get sales reports from ebay that shows, item specifics, sold price and postage if applicable, for the last 12 months? I can find one for the last 4 months but no longer than that.

We download a Paid and Posted report in CSV format at the end of each calendar month and store those away on our local drives.

Since I believe ebay only keep them for about 90-days and after that you can't access them.

Thanks for the info, it seems that is the way to go since no data is available. however i can get transaction data from paypal if the payments have been made through it so I am not totally without data but it will not indicate postage part of the fee.

Yeah we also download the full paypal CSV transaction reports at the end of each calendar month as well.
